The Society maintains two offices, its Home Office in Oxford, England, and its Office for the Americas in the United States, in Lewiston, Maine. Contact with the Society is through its secretaries in these offices. Contact with our President, His Eminence Metropolitan Kallistos of Diokleia, is through the Hon. Secretary at the Home Office.

| The home office of the Friends of Mount Athos is in Oxford England, maintained by the Society's Hon. Secretary, Dr. Graham Speake. Here the society's publications are prepared and printed, and its annual meetings and other international events are organized. The home office maintains the Society's bank accounts in Pounds and Euros and receives subscriptions and orders in those currencies. | The Society also maintains in the United States, at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, an office for its membership in the Americas. This office is maintained by the Society's Membership Secretary for the Americas, Professor Robert Allison. It maintains the Society's records for its membership in the Americas and its bank accounts in American Dollars, and receives subscriptions and orders in Dollars. The Society's Web Site is hosted at Bates College and maintained by this office. |
