Here is the order form for Christmas Cards for 2008 that was mailed out to FoMA members. Please note that payment for Christmas Card orders may be made also in Euros at an exchange rate of 1.3. The prices in Euros for the three cards are as follows: Card 1 or Card 2: € 10.40 for a pack of 10 cards; Card 3: € 6.50. Please see instructions for ordering cards, below

HOW TO ORDER CARDS

You are welcome to use the online e-mail order form when ordering your cards from this web site; alternatively, you may submit your order to Jennifer Speake by post to the address below by any of the following options:

  1. download the above form by clicking on it or
  2. print a copy of the online order form or
  3. simply write down the information there requested.

All three cards are supplied in packs of 10 with envelopes. The price includes postage and packing within England.
Members resident overseas should add an appropriate sum for airmail charges.
